On the BODY

or physical level it means working with what is going on in the client's physical world. That is what is actually happening in their experience and in the 8 environments (The Wheel of Life). Michael coaches his clients to create environments and action plans that support their real goals and desires.

On the MIND or mental level

On the MIND or mental level, Michael works with clients to reveal the underlying and limiting beliefs, the cause that is creating or not creating the physical manifestation or effects in their life. He coaches his clients to create and incorporate new thoughts, beliefs and actions that are congruent with and support the client`s goals and desires.

On the SPIRIT or metaphysical level

Michael works with the client to realise that we live in a co-creative universe with Spirit, God, Higher Power or the Universal Mind and he helps clients in making a connection with that Higher Power and to develop a spiritual practice that works for them - within their own religion or faith if necessary, or even if they don`t have one - to transform for better their existing conditions and life experiences.

Holistic Life Coaching sessions Grantham and Newark are held in person in the centre of Grantham, Lincolnshire or by Skype or telephone from a distance (international lines in Ireland, Australia, the USA as well as a Local Call Rate line throughout the United Kingdom).
Sessions are usually for one hour or sometimes an hour and a half or two hours if more appropriate and required. These longer sessions can be booked accordingly.
