Since the festive season is out of the way, quite a few of us turn to our overall health and look for ways to make it better.

Reports suggest that, on average, we all put on around 6-8 pounds simply because of the extravagances of the Christmas season, and the evidence is brought into focus by our ill-fitting outfits.
