I have chosen
this as a symbol of
my work and because it also is the first initials of my names:
`Michael` and my
surname `Millett`.
Mannaz: The
Self:(
Mannazold, Manna, Mann, Madhr )
Mannaz is the RUNE of
the rational mind, of the
intelligence which is the greatest gift to human beings. Mannaz is the
RUNE of the perfect intellect which melds reason and intuition. It
signifies
growth and self discovery, beginnings and new direction. The starting
point
is the self.
Only clarity and
willingness to change are the
first steps. A correct relationship to yourself is primary, for from it
flow all the correct relationships with others and ultimately with
Spirituality.
If you take this Rune and
cut it down the middle,
you get `Wunjo` the Rune of Joy and Light, so with `Wunjo`s mirror
image
we have `Mannaz` with joy and light from within - the Self, as truly
the
starting point.

I am limited in what I can do here on the web. For
me to
think that I can solve
all of life's problems on a computer screen would be presumptuous and I
will not try. Nevertheless, I hope you will enjoy your visits to E.T.

something of metaphysical, clinical, therapeutic and healing principles

It is worth saying in closing this message to you that there is often
some confusion about `therapy`.
The general idea is that you only need therapy if you are
psychologically
ill in some way - if you have a psychological condition that more or
less
incapacitates you in some way cancer or the flu does physically. For
many
this is true for sure. However, when you go to a therapist/healer you
are
asking for support or assistance. You may not be aware that this puts
you
in a state of humility - which allows you to be teachable. When you are
teachable, you are ready to learn and grow!
Many do not need `therapy` in the normal sense. Their aim is wider:
they are seeking enlightenment - to `know themselves` and gain a
greater
understanding of the fundamental factors and components of their belief
systems which will provide them with a more holistic viewpoint as they
take a more active part in their evolution. My function as a therapist
is to be a catalyst (a catalyst is an agent that effects change without
becoming involved itself), that is available for people while they
understand,
enlighten and heal themselves.
In other words, `Help
with Living, Change for Life`!
It is my sincere hope that you find the Elevated

personal
journey. There are many mysteries along the way and many wonders.

the common themes of love, light and universal healing seem to be
all-pervasive
